Players to watch out for.
1. Sagar (Tamil Talaivas)
Tamil Talaivas has been a team that did not have a solid defense since its inception. But this season seems to be different with the defense sorted. Sagar went on to get a high 5 against Bengaluru Bulls with Surjeeth playing the supporting role in defense with a total of 7 points.
2. Shivam (U Mumba)
He single-handedly won U Mumba their 2nd match against Dabangg Delhi but Naveen took away the game in favor of Delhi. Coming in as a substitute he scored a total of 6 points with 4 raid points and 2 tackle points forming a good all-rounder.
3.Shadlouh Chianeh (Patna Pirates)
He is one of the rare defenders who has taken down Pardeep Narwal multiple times in super tackle situations against UP Yoddhas. Patna could have easily been all out in the 1st half but Chianeh along with Sajin formed a good pair and made Patna stay afloat in the game.
4.Aslam Inamdar (Puneri Paltan)
He has been a good find for the Pune team who has helped them in defense and a few times with his raids as well. In a crunch match against the Telugu Titans where they won by just 1 point, Islam scored 8 pointed across all departments. With Nitin Tomar back after injury, Pune's team will even get stronger after his comeback.
5.Abhishek Singh (U Mumba)
He started the season with 19 raid points against season 6 winner Bengaluru Bulls. With him being the primary raider along with Ajith Kumar he had taken the extra responsibility and performed to his best. With this, he can cross the 250 raid points barrier.
